Noit ("the extension," "we," "us") is developed by MAZwelt Technologies. This policy describes what data Noit collects, how it's used, and your choices.

1. What Noit collects

  • Page content — When you ask Noit to act on a page, it reads that page's visible text, DOM structure, and (for automation) accessibility tree, limited to the tab you're actively using.
  • Visual data — Screenshots or visual snapshots of the current page, when a request requires visual understanding.
  • Audio — Speech audio for transcription, when you use Noit's voice/meeting features.
  • Commands and generated instructions — The text you send Noit, and the action instructions our AI returns (e.g., which element to click or what to type).
  • Tab metadata — URL and title of the tab you're working in, and tab-switch events, so Noit can track which tab a task applies to.
  • Locally stored data — Extension settings, enabled features, and a local cache of recent context/action history, stored via Chrome's storage API on your device.

We do not collect data from tabs you haven't actively directed Noit to work on.

2. How we use it

Page, visual, and audio data is sent to our backend, which forwards it to [our AI model provider(s) — name them] to generate responses and determine the actions Noit takes on your behalf. Generated action instructions are executed locally in your browser to complete the task you requested.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate Noit — specifically our AI/model and speech-recognition providers ([name them]) — under their standard processing terms. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
